This Pancake recipe came from my Grandmas old Recipe Book, the same book that gave me this idea of creating a website to share them. The recipes originally comes from Eastern.

Ingredients

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1c Milk
  • 1c Flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
  2. Add everything besides the Butter together into a bowl
  3. Mix very well(Can take a while)
  4. Melt the Butter in another bowl
  5. Pour the melted Butter into the cake pan
  6. Pour the bowl of mixed ingredients on top of the Butter in the cake pan
  7. Place the pan in oven for about 25mins or until the edges are golden brown

Best recipe to have for breakfast! Really make sure you stir well though
